• Interview with Robert Scovill (Venue)

At AES/Expo fair held from 27 to 29 April 2008, Luis Pinzón took the opportunity to interview Robert Scovill, who was giving talks. Robert is well known in the industry: he has worked with artists such as Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Matchbox Twenty, Prince, Rush or Def Leppard, and has a whopping 6 TEC prices in his showcases in the "Sound Reinforcement Engineer" category, although he also does studio work, as well as being well known for his teaching activities.

For quite a few years now, Scovill has been part of Avid's staff as manager of the live sound market. While politically correct, Scovill gets "wet" in this interview and shares with us succulent opinions in this interview about mixers, preamplifiers and loudspeakers.
